Most unclaimed property becomes dormant and escheated as a result of a change of address (the owner moved and failed to notify the holder of the account), a name change (the owner got married or divorced), or death of the owner (the estate was unaware of the property or the heirs could not be located).
Sometimes the owner knows about the asset but does not know how to go about recovering it or has tried and failed. We specialize in recovering these assets for you and we do it on a contingency fee basis so that you won’t pay us anything unless we recover your money!
We investigate, research the property/account, acquire necessary verification documents to satisfy the holder of the account that the property/account belongs to you, all without you paying anything to do that.
